Bedrock Winston-Salem Concrete Company, winstonsalemconcretecompany.com, hello@winstonsalemconcretecompany.com

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Bedrock Winston-Salem Concrete Company collects when you visit our website, call us or send us a request, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Winston-Salem, NC, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, set up an estimate and do the work you ask for.

It applies to every page of our site, starting with our home page, and to the information you share with us by phone, email or our contact form. You can read more about who we are on our about page.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and details about the job, such as photos of a cracked driveway or the size of a patio you have in mind. We ask for these because we can't schedule a visit or give you a useful estimate without them.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it is stored by that service and then passed to us. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the form or by email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and the site that sent you here. This is usually gathered through analytics tools and cookies, which are small files your browser saves so a site can recognize a returning visitor or count visits.

We use this information in summary form to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that aren't working. It isn't used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading and contacting us.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, arrange an on-site estimate, plan and schedule your job, send you an estimate or invoice, and follow up about the work. We may also use it to keep our own business and tax records.

We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it to marketing lists. We share it only when we have to in order to do the job or run the business, for example with the services that host our website and form, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and job records for as long as we need them to finish your project, stand behind our work and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you contacted us but never booked a job, we keep your request only as long as it's useful for following up, and then we delete it.

Technical and analytics data is usually kept in summary form and removed on the schedule set by the tools that collect it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep a record to meet a legal obligation or finish work you've already booked, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just tell us by phone, email or the form, and we'll take you off our follow-up list.

Children's privacy

Our site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way we run our site or handle information changes. When we do, the new version will be posted on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.

How to raise a privacy question or concern

If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (336) 276-2960 or reach us through our contact page. We respond within 1 business day, and we'll work with you to sort it out.
